Corks, Forks, Rhythm & Brews invites you to participate in our 3rd annual event as a Restaurant, Food + Specialty Exhibitor.

8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Exhibitor Set Up
11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Health Department Inspection, Fire Inspection
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. VIP Admission
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. General and Designated Driver Admission

Restaurants receive the following:
• Two (2) 8’ tables and booth sign at Corks, Forks, Rhythm & Brews 
• Overhead covering (tent)
• Four (4) exhibitor badges – restaurants
• Two (2) exhibitor badges – specialty food brands
• Hyperlinked logo listing on Corks, Forks, Rhythm & Brews website
 
In return, your brand will provide the following:
• Sample tastes for up to 1,000 attendees at Corks, Forks, Rhythm & Brews
• Copy of facility health permit certificate/number + signed declaration. *Please note that this information is required of each restaurant exhibitor. Your registration is not confirmed and a space will not be held for you until this information is turned in along with a signed declaration.
• Hand-washing station if preparing food on-site or if serving unpackaged food samplings
• Tarp to protect the ground if cooking on-site
• Brand logo for website listing
• Chef headshot and bio for website listing
• Suggested donation to Alameda Boys & Girls Club auction
 

Festival Charity Partner
All exhibitor donations for Corks, Forks, Rhythm & Brews will benefit Alameda Boys & Girls Club, a 501(c)3 non-profit, which provides life-changing, skill-building programs and activities to Alameda youth and teens each year.

Badges
With your registration, you are given four (4) exhibitor badges as a restaurant and two (2) exhibitor badges as a specialty food company at no charge. You may also purchase up to two (2) extra badges at $75 each. All badges are picked up on-site. Extra badges must be purchased by September 20, 2021.

Tickets
In addition to your exhibitor badges, exhibitors may purchase up to four (4) tickets to either the Corks, Forks, Rhythm & Brews (General Admission or VIP) at a 40% discount. Please be advised that tickets do not grant the ticket holder admission into the gate until the event begins. Tickets are NOT intended for people working your booth. This discount is only available for pre-purchased tickets, not for on-site ticket sales. Once you are registered, you can contact Corks, Forks, Rhythm & Brews Management for your unique discount code.
