8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Exhibitor Set Up Please be set up and ready to serve at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. VIP Admission 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. General and Designated Driver Admission
Exhibitors Receive:
• One (1) 8’ table, one (1) 6′ table and booth sign at Corks, Forks, Rhythm & Brews • Overhead 10 x 10′ tent • Four (4) exhibitor badges You may also purchase up to two (2) extra badges at $75 each. All badges are picked up on-site. Extra badges must be purchased by September 22, 2023. • Two (2) 16 oz. wine glasses • Hyperlinked logo listing on Corks, Forks, Rhythm & Brews website
In return, your brand will provide the following: • Sample tastes for up to 600 attendees at Corks, Forks, Rhythm & Brews • Hand-washing station if preparing food on-site or if serving unpackaged food samples • Brand logo for website listing • PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide linens. Branded tablecloths and other booth decorations are encouraged
